Kingdom Roofing Systems is seeking a full-time Roofing and Exterior Remodeling Sales Representative in Bloomington, IN. The role involves meeting with homeowners, presenting roofing and remodeling solutions, and driving substantial revenue through a proven in-home sales process.

We offer uncapped earning potential with first-year reps often earning over $100,000, an onboarding salary of $600/week for up to 8 weeks, and a base commission of 8% plus 2% self-generated and 1% performance-based

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional sales experience required.
• Roofing/home improvement or construction experience is a plus.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable on ladders and rooftops.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use sales software.

Responsibilities

• Meet with qualified homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments.
• Build rapport, identify needs, and present roofing and remodeling solutions.
• Generate at least $1M in revenue within the first 12 months.
• Achieve required sales metrics: demo rate, close rate, average job size, and net sales.
• Generate at least one self-sourced lead per week.
• Accurately scope projects and maintain required profit margins.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in the community.

We're seeking confident, coachable, and self-motivated sales representatives to join our high-performing team. Using a proven in-home sales process, you'll meet with qualified homeowners, identify their needs, and present roofing and exterior remodeling solutions. Your success is determined by your effort - the more you put in, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule & Flexibility:

• Full-time role with a flexible work schedule
• Appointments scheduled a month in advance
• Reps submit availability monthly
• Minimum of 2 Saturday appointment slots per month required

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional sales experience required
• Roofing, home improvement, or construction experience is a plus
• Comfortable on ladders and rooftops
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-disciplined
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use sales software
