Join Our Team as a Commercial Roofing Repair Technician

R3 Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a Commercial Roofing Repair Technician to serve the Des Moines, IA market, including surrounding areas. We specialize in commercial and residential storm restoration, emphasizing a people-first approach that drives our success. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team starting February 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport materials to job sites from suppliers.
• Oversee daily job site activities and manage repair processes.
• Address customer concerns during construction.
• Document progress with photos before, during, and after repairs.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Organize or schedule material pickups as needed.
• Perform onsite repairs and roof inspections.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, day shift
• Possible Saturdays depending on workload

Compensation
