Commercial Roofing Repair Technician – Des Moines, IA market

R3 Roofing & Exteriors operates primarily within the commercial and residential storm restoration industry. As a growing organization in a thriving sector, we pride ourselves on our people-first approach, which is fundamental to our success and yours. We are currently seeking a Commercial Roofing Repair Technician for our Des Moines, IA market, which services Des Moines and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team February 2025.

Experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transport materials to job sites from suppliers as needed.
2. Oversee the job site on the day of the build and manage repair processes effectively.
3. Address customer concerns throughout the construction process.
4. Document progress by taking photos before, during, and after the build.
5. Conduct final inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
6. Organize the pickup of materials or schedule material pickups as necessary.
7. Perform onsite repairs.
8. Perform roof inspections.

Schedule:

1. Monday - Friday, day shift
2. Possible Saturdays, depending on workload
