Job summary

The Staff Pad is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative for our Saginaw, TX, market. This full-time role offers base pay plus performance bonus and a company vehicle or allowance, with comprehensive benefits.

You will lead business development, manage long sales cycles, and drive recurring revenue through strong client relationships. Responsibilities include prospecting, building a robust pipeline of owners and managers, presenting proposals, and coordinating with operations

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of B2B sales experience in commercial roofing, construction, or related services.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and complex accounts.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Sales training such as Sandler is a plus.
• Proven ability to generate new business through self-sourcing and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach and in-person prospecting.
• Manage a strong pipeline of property owners, facility managers and GCs.
• Schedule meetings with decision-makers and develop long-term relationships.
• Develop and present proposals, service agreements and project recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts and close profitable service opportunities.
• Maintain CRM and track sales activity.
