Job summary

Jolly Roofing & Contracting in Dallas is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to supervise crews, coordinate project timelines, and uphold safety and quality on commercial roofs. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and expertise with multi-ply roofing systems such as EPDM, TPO, BUR, and coatings, plus the ability to manage job-site operations from start to finish.

OSHA certification preferred; a valid driver’s license and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Extensive knowledge of multiple roofing systems and safety practices.
• OSHA certification preferred but not required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to meet MVR requirements.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage commercial roofing crews on job sites.
• Coordinate project timelines, materials, and labor to maintain efficiency.
• Enforce safety procedures and OSHA standards; ensure fall protection.
• Inspect workmanship and quality; conduct on-site quality checks.
• Communicate with project managers and clients; report progress.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed to support roofing crews.

The Commercial Roofing Foreman is responsible for supervising crew activities, coordinating project timelines, enforcing safety practices, and ensuring quality workmanship.
