The role involves ensuring safety, managing crew and project communications, and overseeing daily operations on job sites. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule
Efficient project management includes managing crew start and end times, production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available, and completing the project per scope of work or specifications.
The WTI Foreman will conduct end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-throughs to ensure quality repairs and address any issues before leaving the site. Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep, along with daily updates on project status, work performed, materials used, and supplies purchased.
Ensure all WTI Field Reps maintain a professional appearance and customer interaction standards while performing services.
The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for ordering, tracking, monitoring inventory, and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy per pricing procedures.
Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer.
Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Resource Reps, taking corrective actions as needed, in consultation with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources.
Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by the WTI Supervisor or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
The salary range for this position generally ranges between $50,801 and $63,501. This estimate is based on qualifications, operational needs, and other considerations.
