JOB DESCRIPTION

Commercial Roofing Foreman

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI Crew. Inspect surroundings, equipment, and tools; identify and discuss safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to Supervisors as applicable.
2. Ensure all project communication is completed before starting any WTI project. This includes communication with:

• Sales Rep on schedule
• WTI crew members regarding scope of work and daily tasks
• The customer pre-arrival, at arrival, and at completion of the day's work
• WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project updates, and crew issues

Manage the project efficiently by overseeing crew start and end times, production rates, and ensuring tools and materials are available. Complete the project according to scope and specifications.

Perform end-of-day and/or end-of-project walkthroughs to ensure quality repairs, address issues, and send before-and-after pictures to the Sales Rep. Record daily updates on work performed, materials used, and supplies purchased.

Maintain professional appearance and customer interaction for all WTI Field Reps.

Order, track, and monitor inventory; ensure quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.

Review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy per pricing procedures.

Submit projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor before presenting to the Sales Rep or customer.

Monitor and document the performance of Field Resource Reps; take corrective actions as needed. Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as necessary.

Perform other duties or projects as assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry.
• Thorough knowledge of built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and steep slope roofing systems, including proper repair techniques.

The salary range for applicants generally ranges between $50,801 and $63,501. This is an estimate based on qualifications, operations, and other considerations permitted by law.
