We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman at our Worthington, OH location.

Commercial Roofing Foreman Responsibilities

• Attend training meetings as requested by management.
• Perform job setup and oversee small projects.
• Communicate effectively with customers and maintain good relationships.
• Possess knowledge of detailed drawings and specifications.
• Understand warranty terms and requirements for warranty work installation.
• Acquire basic knowledge of associated sheet metal work, including measurements and installation (drip edge, gravel stop, coping, counter flashings, terminations).
• Complete all jobs and prepare for inspections.
• Coordinate with Project Manager regarding scope expansion, design modifications, or enhancements.

Core Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Clean driving record and passing background check.
• Comfortable working at heights and able to position extension ladders for roof inspections.
• Ability to complete tasks with attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and conduct, serving as a positive example.
• Skills in planning, organization, problem-solving, multi-tasking, follow-through, and a sense of urgency.
