Qualifications

• Minimum three years of commercial roofing estimating experience.
• Ability to review plans/specifications and develop thorough estimates.
• Proven ability to prepare competitive bid proposals.

Responsibilities

• Produces project estimates for commercial roofing, waterproofing, and sheet metal service projects.
• Estimates job costs and submits proposals for review.
• Tracks submitted bid proposals, provides best and final offers, and negotiates as required to achieve a high project award rate.
• Reviews and approves proposals and contracts to verify alignment with scope and policy.
• Develops prequalification and technical proposal packages.
• Gathers subcontractor bids and incorporates into bid proposals.
• Manages awarded contracts through pre-construction to close out.
• Monitors schedules, labor, material usage and cost performance.
• Manages multiple service projects concurrently to ensure timely completion.
