Advanced Roofing, Inc. in Miami, FL, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator to turn roof inspections into precise service proposals for commercial clients.

You'll work closely with service technicians and project managers to deliver accurate, competitive estimates and drive project success. The role requires 3+ years in commercial roofing, including at least 1 year in service estimating, with knowledge of TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up, and metal systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 1 year in service estimating.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up, metal).
• Proficiency in estimating software (Edge preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in a service-focused commercial roofing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of commercial roofs to assess damage, wear, and service needs.
• Develop detailed and accurate estimates for service repairs, preventative maintenance, and minor re-roofing projects.
• Collaborate with service technicians and project managers to ensure estimates reflect actual field conditions.
• Communicate with clients to clarify project scope, present proposals, and answer questions.
• Track and follow up on outstanding estimates and proposals to support sales efforts.
• Maintain current knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and industry best practices.
• Utilize estimating software and CRM tools to generate and manage proposals.
• Ensure all estimates comply with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
