Job summary

Advanced Roofing, Inc. in Fort Myers, Florida, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Estimator to turn roof inspections into accurate service proposals.

You will work in a fast-paced, field-focused role with service technicians and project managers to deliver competitive estimates that protect client assets and drive growth. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial roofing, with estimating experience, and strong knowledge of roofing systems; proficiency in Edge and CRM tools is

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 1 year in a service estimating role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up, metal).
• Proficiency in estimating software (Edge preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in a service-focused commercial roofing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of commercial roofs to assess damage, wear, and service needs.
• Develop detailed and accurate estimates for service repairs, preventative maintenance, and minor re-roofing projects.
• Collaborate with service technicians and project managers to ensure estimates reflect actual field conditions.
• Communicate with clients to clarify project scope, present proposals, and answer questions.
• Track and follow up on outstanding estimates and proposals to support sales efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and industry best practices.
