Advanced Roofing, Inc., Florida's largest commercial roofing contractor and an employee-owned company, seeks a Commercial Roofing Service Estimator to advise building owners and property managers across South Florida. This onsite role blends field inspections, client meetings, and proposal development.

You will evaluate roofing systems at client sites, identify repair and maintenance opportunities, and craft customized, cost-effective solutions that protect facilities and extend roof life.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in commercial roofing with at least 1 year in a service estimating role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up, metal).
• Proficiency in estimating software (Edge) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer-facing proposals.

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site inspections of commercial roofing systems to identify repair, maintenance, and replacement opportunities.
• Build relationships with property and facility managers, contractors, and building owners through professional consultation.
• Develop accurate and competitive estimates for service repairs, preventative maintenance, and minor re-roofing projects.
• Present recommendations and proposals to customers and explain available solutions.
• Proactively follow up on estimates and opportunities to support conversion and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with service technicians and project managers to ensure estimates reflect field conditions and customer needs.
• Manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize estimating software and CRM tools to prepare proposals and track activity.
