Job summary

Baker Roofing Company in Greensboro, AL is seeking a Commercial Roofer to install, repair, and maintain various roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal and bitumen on commercial projects.

As part of a crew, you will measure, cut, install, inspect work, follow safety rules, and participate in training. 1-3 years experience preferred; high school/GED preferred; CDL not required.

Qualifications

• High School/GED preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years minimum in commercial roofing.
• Driver’s license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal).
• Measure, cut, and install roofing materials per project specs.
• Install insulation, vapor barriers, flashing, sealants, and waterproofing systems.
• Diagnose roof damage and perform repairs with appropriate materials.
• Safely operate hand/power tools and roofing equipment.
• Load/unload and transport roofing materials on site.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with safety policies.
