Baker Roofing Company is seeking a Commercial Roofer for the Service Department in Greensboro. You will install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems across various materials while following safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in commercial roofing, a strong eye for detail, and a team-oriented mindset. On-the-job training and growth opportunities are provided in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School/GED preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years minimum in commercial roofing.
• Driver’s license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace commercial roofing systems (TPO/EPDM/PVC/etc.).
• Measure, cut, and install roofing materials per specs and manufacturer guidelines.
• Install insulation, vapor barriers, flashing, sealants, and waterproofing systems.
• Diagnose roof damage and perform repairs with appropriate materials and techniques.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment.
• Load and transport roofing materials on site and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met and follow safety policies.
• Collaborate with crew members to complete projects on schedule and mentor newer members.
