Baker Roofing Company seeks a Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems across TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering high-quality workmanship on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating labor, materials, and subcontractors, reviewing plans, and conducting daily safety meetings. Candidates need 3+ years in commercial roofing and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED; preferred but not required.
• Experience: 3+ years in commercial roofing; foreman exp is a plus.
• Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily jobsite operations and supervise roofing crews.
• Review project scope, drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and site inspections.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and Baker Roofing safety policies.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Install and oversee TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing.
• Perform quality inspections and address field issues.
