M&M Home Remodeling Services | Chicagoland is seeking experienced roofing install crews to join as subcontracted Install Partners for year-round, high-volume work in the Crete, IL area.

We offer consistent work with up to six days per week and competitive pay per job, with opportunity for increased pay based on performance and quality. Join a trusted remodeling company with a steady pipeline of residential projects.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of residential asphalt shingle roofing experience.
Established roofing crew capable of completing projects independently.
Properly licensed and insured; Lead-Safe Certification preferred.
One English-speaking member per crew is required.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Reliable and professional with good communication.

Responsibilities

Install residential asphalt shingle roofing systems.
Complete roofing installation and repair work.
Follow project specifications and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
Communicate professionally with homeowners and field superintendents.
Identify and communicate jobsite issues or concerns.
Complete projects efficiently and to company standards.
