Job summary

Schwickert's Tecta America is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Commercial Roofers. You will perform roof tear offs, install various roof systems, and work in a team setting to complete projects.

Successful candidates are eligible for up to a $1,000 sign-on bonus and benefit from a comprehensive package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and more.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and take direction from crew Foreman.
• Experience with scissor lift, boom lift, and forklift.
• No fear of heights; ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and climb stairs.
• On the job training provided.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Schwickert's Tecta America is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. Our Commercial Roofers are hard working people that work well in teams. In this role you will be completing roof tear offs and installing different roof systems.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR UP TO A $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Install multiple roof systems
• Tear off roof systems
• Repair any roof damages as needed
• Clean rooftops by snow removal, ice removal and other debris
• Additional duties

Qualifications:

• Ability to learn and take direction from crew Foreman

Starting pay ranges from $23-$30+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will use hands, have to talk, and hear.
