Job summary

Schwickert's Tecta America in Minnesota is seeking motivated roofers to install and tear off various roof systems as part of a team. Starting pay is $22–$28+ per hour with a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, based on experience. Pre-employment screening applies.

Successful candidates will work on roof tear-offs, installations, and on-site duties. Training is provided and a strong emphasis is placed on safety, reliability, and teamwork to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and take direction from crew Foreman.
• Experience with scissor lift, boom lift, and forklift.
• No fear of heights.
• Lift 50+ lbs.
• Sit, stand, and climb stairs.
• On the job training is provided.

Position Summary: Schwickert's Tecta America is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. Our Commercial Roofers are hard working people that work well in teams. In this role you will be completing roof tear offs and installing different roof systems.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR UP TO A $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!

Starting pay ranges from $22-$28+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
