Job summary

City Facilities Management (US) LLC seeks an RHVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/refrigeration systems in Baltimore area. You’ll diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance on every job.

Role requires valid license, EPA and OSHA certifications, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Field-based with on-site customer interaction and on-call rotation may apply.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment DMV check, drug screening, and background check.
• Refrigeration license required per state regulations; EPA certification required.
• OSHA 10-Hour within 30 days of employment (company training provided).
• Post-secondary RHVAC training is a plus.
• Completion of an RHVAC apprenticeship or formal RHVAC training program.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance: change filters, check refrigerant, calibrate sensors, inspect for leaks.
• Lubricate components, verify system pressure, replace worn parts.
• Diagnose issues with airflow, temperature regulation, or other mechanical problems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical failures, refrigerant leaks, sensor malfunctions.
• Install HVAC and refrigeration systems according to code and safety rules.
• Integrate ductwork, wiring, and piping for optimal function.
• Communicate with clients about issues, solutions, and upgrades.
• Provide guidance on maintenance schedules and energy efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures, LO TO and regulations for refrigerants and equipment.
• Stay current with new technologies and assist in training RHVAC Apprentices.
• Maintain service records and warranty/contract paperwork.
