Job summary

RestoreCore, Inc. is seeking an experienced Restoration Estimator to assess losses, develop detailed scopes of work, and prepare estimates for restoration projects.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Production Coordinators, Business Developers, and field technicians to deliver precise estimates for commercial jobs valued between $50,000 and $200,000. The role combines remote office work with on-site property visits.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating property damage restoration projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and repair processes.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and familiarity with other estimating platforms.
• Knowledge of insurance carrier estimating and documentation requirements.
• Confidence communicating and negotiating with adjusters.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines.
• Collaborative communication with customers and teammates.
• DASH experience is a plus.

• Support the on-call rotation and emergency response efforts as assigned.

In this role, you’ll assess losses, develop detailed scopes of work, and prepare estimates that support successful restoration projects. No TPA work. This position does not involve third-party administrator (TPA) program work. You’ll work directly with customers, insurance adjusters, and our internal project teams to develop and negotiate restoration estimates.

Schedule and Work Environment

This role combines remote office work with site visits. Because disasters can happen at any time, participation in an on-call rotation, after-hours commercial loss response, and extended hours may be required. During major emergency events, you may also deploy with field crews.

Jobsite work may involve bending, stooping, reaching, and exposure to extreme temperatures. The position requires regularly lifting, pushing, or moving up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds. Respirator use and fit testing may be required.
