Responsible for profitable business development and monitoring the quality of an extensive existing portfolio of companies with annual gross sales of at least $10 million, with a focus on customers with higher revenues (i.e., at least $20 million). Lead and coordinate with One Bank Partners to develop and execute relationship strategies for assigned clients and prospects. Requires strong understanding of credit, commercial products, and financial statement analysis to offer suitable banking solutions (e.g., loans, treasury management, capital markets) based on client needs. Extensive experience working with high-revenue, complex relationships is essential. The role includes soliciting participation in public debt issuance and engaging in community activities.
Maintain accountability for risk by adhering to policies, raising concerns, and ensuring actions promote a positive customer experience. Operate within the Bank's risk appetite by identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks.
No formal supervisory responsibilities, but guidance is expected for Commercial RM I & II.
