Position Summary
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining borrowing relationships. This position involves developing new and existing business through calling programs and cross-selling bank services. Key responsibilities include maintaining loan quality, generating fee income, and approving loans within authority, as well as presenting loans for approval at various committees. The Relationship Manager also manages their current loan portfolio. Reporting is to the Market President; an RM I can report to an RM II if identified by the Market President. The Market President may also determine a need for a manager of people role.
