Job summary

Advanced Dri in Iowa seeks a Commercial Relationship Manager responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with commercial clients. The role targets real estate, hospitality, healthcare, education, and municipal sectors, with a focus on restoration services.

The candidate will manage the full sales cycle, conduct in-person meetings, travel as needed, and drive sales targets while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in a service-focused industry.
  • At least 2 years managing repair projects in insurance/restoration.
  • IICRC Certifications in Water, Fire, Mold Restoration required.
  • Travel flexibility and willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial accounts.
  • Build relationships with facility executives, property managers, and decision-makers.
  • Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing with a consultative approach.
  • Conduct in-person sales meetings to assess client needs and propose solutions.
  • Schedule appointments and manage client interactions efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed sales activity and performance reports.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategies.

Summary/objective

The Commercial Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining long-lasting business relationships to drive sales growth in commercial markets. This role involves generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with commercial facility directors, property managers, general managers, C‑suite decision-makers, and other industry leaders. Target industries include commercial real estate, hospitality, healthcare, education, municipal governments, and other large-scale commercial facilities. Restoration Industry experience is a must!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develops and manages a portfolio of commercial accounts with a high propensity to engage our services during damage events or environmental disasters.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with key decision-makers, including facility executives, property managers, and commercial clients.
  • Oversees the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Conducts in-person sales meetings using a consultative approach to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Schedules and manages appointments and client interactions effectively.
  • Maintains clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provides exceptional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieves or exceeds monthly sales targets and performance goals.
  • Prepares detailed sales activity and performance reports.
  • Identifies new business development opportunities and strategies.
  • Establishes and strengthens connections with potential clients, including insurance professionals, facility managers, real estate professionals, and other relevant contacts.
  • Collaborates with project managers and operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Actively participates in industry trade organizations and networking events to promote company services.
  • Delivers presentations to small and large groups as needed.
  • Upholds company values and maintains a professional and positive attitude.

  • Proficiency with computers, mobile platforms, and the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • IICRC Certifications in Water, Fire, and Mold Restoration.
  • Project Management certifications and/or training preferred.Experience developing and managing commercial accounts, particularly in industries such as real estate, healthcare, education, and hospitality.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Pay Structure

Base pay plus commission, medical, dental, vision, Aflac, LTD, 401(k), company uniform, vehicle, cell and laptop to conduct business.
