Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician to service supermarket and grocery accounts in the San Antonio, TX area. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain complex refrigeration systems to meet company standards and customer requirements.

The role requires hands-on experience with rack and case systems, proficiency with refrigeration controls (Danfoss/Emerson), and EPA Universal certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial refrigeration experience is required.
• Strong supermarket/grocery refrigeration experience (rack systems, multi-case systems).
• EPA Certification (Universal preferred or required) and ability to read wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain supermarket refrigeration systems (racks, cases, walk-ins).
• Perform leak detection, repairs, and refrigerant charging compliant with EPA standards.
• Complete detailed service documentation with notes, photos, and reports.
