### Responsibilities:
- Execute routine and emergency maintenance of commercial refrigeration systems, primarily in supermarkets.
- Prepare detailed service reports and facilitate client communications to ensure service satisfaction.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration system issues, including control systems.
- Utilize tablet-based software for service task management and documentation.
- Collaborate with service coordinators and team members to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct in line with our core values.
- Keep necessary licenses and certifications current to perform required services.

### Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma; Technical or trade school certification in refrigeration preferred.
