Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Option 1: Vocational or technical HVAC/R certification with 2 years’ experience in related field.
• Option 2: 4 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance or construction-related field for commercial HVAC/R.
• Must hold Type I/II or Universal EPA certification for refrigerant handling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using HVAC and refrigeration skills.
• Use work orders system to receive and document repair activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect and test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete required training to operate equipment safely.
• Comply with OSHA and EPA regulations as per Walmart safety policies.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights.
