Responsibilities

Establish contact with buyers and/or sellers to verify validity per standards and guidelines.
Review and QC all improved commercial sales documents for validation and regulatory compliance.
Monitor and report midyear and annual PVD sales ratio studies.
Organize validation appeals in a standard format and submit to PVD on time.
Maintain open communication with PVD about appealed properties and processes.
Respond to requests concerning ratio statistics and validation information.
Follow the annual PVD Revaluation Maintenance Specifications and Compliance Guide.
Provide high-level customer service during valuation appeals and explain property values and processes to owners.
