Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyzes the creditworthiness of borrowers and prepares full underwriting analyses.
• Spreads financial statements, conducts cash flow analyses and risk assessments.
• Researches data and industry trends to support lending decisions and recommendations.
• Maintains knowledge of banking policies, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with the underwriting team to improve processes and output.
