Qualifications

• Experience representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in commercial real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist clients with leasing and/or transactional sales.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property tours.
• Oversee the transaction process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and timely completion.
• Follow up with all customer leads and requests to ensure superior service.
