O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Real Estate Project Designer to join our Real Estate and Development team. You will manage the technical aspects of commercial development, ensuring new locations meet local codes and O'Reilly branding standards.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can navigate complex architectural and civil plans while collaborating with internal departments and external consultants to move projects through permitting.

Competenze

• Proven experience in Commercial Real Estate Development moving projects from origination through permitting.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for site plan adjustments and plan review.
• Proficiency in reading/interpreting ALTA/Topo surveys and multi-discipline construction drawings.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Project Scope & Branding: Develop project scopes that align with O'Reilly's national branding and standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Real Estate, Legal, and Construction teams to align from site selection through ground-breaking.
• Plan & Survey Review: Review site documents including Topographic, ALTA, and As-built surveys.
• Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret architectural, civil, MEP, and structural drawings.
• Site Design: Use AutoCAD to review site plans and coordinate basic adjustments for internal review.
• Regulatory Liaison: Research local codes and coordinate pre-application meetings with authorities.
• Consultant Management: Direct third-party consultant teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Project Administration: Maintain project schedules and deadlines across multiple sites.
