LHH is partnering with a respected law firm to hire an experienced Commercial Real Estate Closer to manage sophisticated real estate transactions from start to finish. The selected candidate will handle closings independently while coordinating with attorneys, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely closings.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of commercial real estate closing experience in a law firm environment
• Strong knowledge of title, survey, escrow, recording, and closing procedures
• Experience supporting commercial acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and refinancing transactions
• Ability to independently manage multiple complex closings simultaneously
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial real estate transactions from due diligence through closing and post-closing
• Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, title companies, surveyors, clients, and other transaction parties
• Review title commitments, exception documents, surveys, and closing requirements
• Prepare and maintain closing checklists while tracking critical deadlines
• Coordinate the preparation, execution, and delivery of closing documents and signature packages
• Review settlement statements, closing statements, and transaction-related financial figures
• Facilitate funding, recording, document delivery, and post-closing requirements
• Organize transaction files, closing binders, and supporting documentation
• Anticipate and resolve issues that could impact closing timelines
