Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and due diligence experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence and review title and survey documents for commercial real estate transactions
• Draft and review legal documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents
• Assist attorneys with closings and post-closing matters
• Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction
• Manage multiple transactions simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
• Assist with other legal projects and tasks as assigned by attorneys

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate transactions
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent client service
• Ability to work onsite regular business hours
