Associated Bank's 2027 Credit Analyst Trainee – Commercial Real Estate (CRE) program in St. Louis, MO, is a five-month pathway starting May 24, 2027.

The role supports the CRE team through financial and cash flow analyses, credit presentations, and portfolio management activities, with hands-on learning and mentorship in a real banking environment. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and market leaders to gain exposure to credit evaluation, client support, and financial solutions

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Preferred internship experience with other banks or financial institutions.
• Experience with financial and credit analysis concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking and credit analysis skills.

Mansioni

• Learn and understand Associated's credit approach and underwriting process, including spread and analysis of financial data.
• Begin to conduct analysis and underwriting of existing and new credit transactions to monitor and manage a loan portfolio.
• Learn lending cycles and the wide range of banking products offered to customers.
• Prepare to help companies analyze their capital structure and financial needs to develop financial solutions.
• Understand Associated's value proposition and the benefit of relationship banking.
