  • Present proposals and briefings to potential clients
  • Mentor and support newer brokers in developing their business
  • Stay updated on market trends through industry news
  • Analyze market data to identify trends
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients
  • Negotiate and manage contracts effectively
Qualifications:
  • Active Commercial Real Estate license
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to succeed
  • Team player who also fosters others' success
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Self-motivated with discipline to work independently and in teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
