Constant Commercial Real Estate Inc is currently looking for a Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our Portland &/or Salem, OR team. Work alongside the Principal/Owner and grow your business. A great fit would be an agent who wants to step away from the large team dynamic and wants to run solo or build their own team.

Constant Commercial Real Estate Inc (CCRE) is a boutique Investment Real Estate Brokerage, Commercial Mortgage Brokerage and Consulting firm geared towards being a one-stop shop for our clients. We are geared towards having a life-long, generational relationship with our clients that extends beyond the buy/sell moments.

Job Responsibilities

• CRE experience required. Specialty in any Commercial property type (Office, Industrial, Retail, Mixed-Use, Development) required.
• Understanding of Commercial Mortgage and Underwriting.
• Understanding of real estate strategy and 1031 exchanges.
• Proven producer and strong sales background.
• Build business, generate deals and convert calls/leads to appointments.
• Participate in property tours and inspections.
• Maintain and update CRM.
• Ability to travel throughout the state when needed.
• General technology skills are required with comfort in Google Suite and Excel.
• Self-starter and driven personality determined to grow your business and life-long clients. You are the advisor.
• Easily interact with others in a way that instills value or influences behavior.

Compensation Information

Compensation is commensurate with experience. This is a 100% commission position with very attractive splits for experienced brokers.
