We're seeking ambitious individuals to become Commercial Real Estate Brokers. In this role, you'll represent our client in leasing, selling, or managing commercial properties. You'll also provide market expertise, negotiate deals, and ensure successful transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate and negotiations.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  • Advise clients on real estate investment strategies.
  • Prepare marketing materials and prospect new clients.
  • Negotiate agreements and manage documentation.
  • Collaborate with staff for knowledge sharing.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or a Senior finishing) in real estate, business, finance, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • 5 years experience in business to business sales.
