As a tenant representation broker focused on representing medical tenants, your goals will be to generate new business opportunities, transact and represent clients in a professional and reputable manner, and work with a team-oriented focus. Your expertise will be required by your clients; therefore, it is prudent to learn and understand all real estate submarkets, landlords, tenants, and economics where you will transact.

At Woodbine Commercial, we transact on behalf of our clients with representation in real estate leases, sales of commercial property, and development.

Brokers are commission-based. These estimates are based on historical hires for new brokers entering the industry. Those with more work experience may have a higher likelihood of early compensation growth.

Year 1: $30,000 - $80,000

Year 2: $80,000 - $200,000

Year 3: $200,000 - $400,000

Year 4: $350,000 - $650,000

Year 5: $500,000 - $1,000,000+

Draws are offered as a loan against future commissions earned.

Qualifications

Texas real estate license in good standing. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Bachelor's Degree is required.
