The Role:

We’re hiring a Broker-in-Charge / Sales Manager / Business Development Executive who thrives in a collaborative environment and believes in leading by doing. You’ll work directly with our brokers—training, mentoring, and strategizing alongside them at their desks—while also helping drive our overall growth and direction.

What You’ll Do:

• Train and mentor agents through real-time collaboration

• Cultivate a high-performance, values-driven team culture

• Lead business development efforts and client relationship growth

• Drive recruitment and development of new brokers

• Oversee compliance and deal execution support

• Shape long-term strategic initiatives with ownership and leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of commercial real estate experience

• Active North Carolina Broker-in-Charge license (or ability to obtain)

• Deep involvement in CCIM, SIOR, ULI, or ICSC communities preferred

• Passion for coaching, collaboration, and creating professional growth

• Strong leadership presence—people trust you, learn from you, and perform with you

• Belief in the power of real estate to improve communities and lives
