Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Broker

Willard Jones Real Estate is seeking a commercial real estate broker to join our team. The ideal candidate has an active Illinois real estate license or plans to obtain one. An existing book of business is a plus, but not required. The candidate must have knowledge of basic brokerage and listing technology, including Costar/Loopnet, Matterport, and Crexi. This is a commission-based position.

Responsibilities

• Assist brokerage team with updating listings, creating floor plans, scheduling tours, and other duties as assigned.
• Assist clients in leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process.
• Conduct market research to identify property values, trends, and potential investment opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote properties effectively and attract tenants.

Skills
