Job Overview: We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Commercial Real Estate Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a strong network within the industry, and the ability to cultivate relationships with clients to facilitate successful transactions. This role involves both tenant and landlord representation, as well as property acquisition and disposition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, property owners, investors, and other industry professionals.
  • Identify and prospect for new business opportunities in the commercial real estate market.
  • Conduct market research to provide clients with insights and trends to support their decision-making process.
  • Negotiate lease agreements, sales contracts, and other real estate transactions on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare and present marketing materials, property analyses, and financial models.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
  • Stay current on market conditions, property values, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in commercial real estate brokerage or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful commercial real estate transactions.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, market research, and valuation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with commercial real estate tools (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet) is a plus.
