Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Mid Level Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in Roseland, NJ to support attorneys from contract to closing on complex real estate transactions. You will review title commitments, surveys, and related documents, prepare closing binders, and draft leases, contracts and deeds with strong attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in real estate paralegal roles, proficiency with legal software and MS Office, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal.
• Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing title and survey.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing and managing closing binders.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage industry and commercial real estate transactions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
