ThinkingAhead Executive Search represents an AM LAW 100 firm seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney in Orlando. You would represent sophisticated developers on projects that shape Florida communities and contribute to large, complex transactions.

This role offers a hybrid or fully remote option, requires six years of relevant experience in commercial transactions, and carries a generous salary range of $295,000 to $500,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in commercial transactions.
• Excellent academics and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to take the Florida Bar.

An AM LAW 100 firm with offices in every major Florida market is searching for a Commercial Real Estate Attorney in Orlando. You'd represent sophisticated developers on projects that shape Florida communities.

What you'll do

• Represent homebuilders, master planned community developers, apartment developers, and other sophisticated real estate clients
• Support residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial development projects

Required qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in commercial transactions
• Excellent academics and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to take the Florida Bar

Preferred qualifications

• Experience advising clients through all phases of the development lifecycle, from land acquisition and financing through project development and disposition
• Location: Orlando, Florida (hybrid or fully remote option)
• Full-time
• A portable book of business is not necessary
• Salary of $295,000 – $500,000 plus bonuses
