• Salary: $260,000 – $350,000 per year
• Client: AmLaw Firm
• Required Experience: Commercial real estate and financing transactions involving mixed‑use, office, multi‑family, retail, hotels, resorts, etc.
• Required Experience: Drafting and negotiating purchase & sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development agreements, property management agreements.
• Education: JD from ABA‑approved law school, good standing, active Florida Bar member.
• Skills: Strong writing and communication, positive attitude, interpersonal skills, exceptional work ethic.
• Preferred: Experience in real estate development and joint venture work.
