• Portable business is welcome but not required.
• New York Bar admission is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with attorneys in New York while growing Florida presence.
• Independently manage deals from inception through closing.
• Help shape and expand the Florida practice with autonomy and influence.

About the Role

Note - the firm is also open to conversations with small boutiques or groups (approximately 3-4 attorneys) interested in exploring a strategic move as well as partner lever candidates
