Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Michigan or eligibility for admission.
• Minimum two years of experience practicing commercial real-estate law, preferably in a law firm setting.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, development agreements, and related documents.
• Conduct due diligence (title, survey, zoning, environmental, etc.) and provide practical recommendations.
• Manage multiple matters, priorities, and deadlines while collaborating with colleagues and clients.
• Participate in client development activities and firm initiatives.

Education
