Job summary

Stoel Rives LLP seeks an associate with 3–6 years of experience to join the Real Estate Practice Group in the San Diego office. You will work closely with national leaders in agriculture, renewable energy, timber, and mining, as well as developers, owners, and operators.

Our Real Estate & Construction Team comprises over 60 attorneys advising on land use, financing, development, leasing, and sale of properties.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience drafting real estate transaction documents (purchase/sale agreements, leases, loan documents, ancillary agreements).
• Experience drafting construction-related documents (prime contracts, design-build, subcontracts, vendor contracts).
• Experience with due diligence (title/survey review, zoning analysis, consultant coordination).
• Strong analytical, drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
