• Active California bar membership status or current application.

Responsibilities

• Draft real estate transaction documents including purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents.
• Prepare construction-related documents such as prime contracts and subcontracts.
• Conduct due diligence including title, survey review, and zoning analysis.
• Manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide clear, business-minded communication and client service.
• Collaborate across practice areas in a team-oriented environment.
