This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and letting of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.
Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. Real Estate License is strongly preferred.
