The candidate will handle acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, and dispositions, and draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, easements, covenants, and loan documents while guiding sophisticated clients.

You will collaborate with attorneys and clients on complex transactions and advise through all phases of real estate

Qualificações

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of commercial real estate experience.
• Experience with acquisitions, leasing, financing, and development.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills.
