Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an experienced attorney for a premier Denver Commercial Real Estate & Business Law Firm. This role requires 4–8+ years of CRE experience with meaningful finance experience, and a strong academic background plus excellent communication skills.

The candidate will draft and negotiate various loan types and work across multifamily, retail, industrial, and office projects, independently handling sophisticated matters with top-tier client service.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
